We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). When you register for Appogram we ask for information such as your name and e-mail address. Appogram uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

• Cookies are required to use the Appogram service.
Appogram uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Appogram. Although Appogram owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Appogram projects, you retain all rights to your data. We never monitor or record your web services activities. All communications of your Appo to your backend servers are direct and point to point without Appogram server’s intervention. You should use https to secure your communications.
We may collect usage and performance statistics from Appogram projects, Appo’s. Usage statistics are transmitted using TLS and help us improve future versions of Appogram.
Appogram may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
If you choose to provide Appogram with your information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for our backend.
Appogram may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified in your Appogram account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
